If you have a problem with any of our games, feel free to contact our user support service by sending an e-mail or filling out the feedback form below.

When contacting us please be sure to provide us with as much information as possible. Make sure to note the exact type of hardware that you are using in your system including:

• processor type and speed;
• RAM amount;
• videocard type and amount of video RAM;
• soundcard type;
• game controller type (if available).

Also make sure to include the title and version of the game and a detailed description of the problem. If you are registered user please include your registration name and order number.
