Game review
People tend to forget about the classic arcade games Qix and Xonix, but Cosmic Bugs should serve to remind them. It these classic arcade games you had to trap bouncing balls on the game board by dividing it into smaller sections, without the balls hitting your game paddle.
Cosmic Bugs takes this concept to a whole new level. Instead of bouncing balls, you are trapping enemy creatures both in the game board and traveling around the edge of the game surface. Each successive level offers more enemies and increasingly complex game board configurations designed to test your skill. Filling in an area occupied by an enemy will destroy the creature, and sometimes a power-up will be released. Enhancers such as fast shots and slow-motion enemies increase the chances of each shots success, and weapons such as land mines, time bombs, and missiles can dispatch enemies directly.
Cosmic Bugs has different shapes for each level, 3D-rendered graphics, digital sound, new enemies, and tons of power-ups. The game features over 500 levels, and does not require any special hardware. Cosmic Bugs game its easy to control and easy to play!
